The Towel Angel

It was our monthly trip to Costco.

Costco is my husband’s favorite store.

Once there, he went off to shop his purchases, and I went hunting for my favorite big bath sheet towels.

I just love Costco’s

super big towels.

I was looking for these big,

cozy wrap arounds, only to

find the standard size.

I knew Costco usually had

these extra big towels,

but where were they?

My husband came by,

helped me look, and

couldn’t find them either.

And then, seemingly out of nowhere,

a lady shopper whizzed by,

oddly enough with NO shopping cart 🛒.

I knew she didn’t work at Costco.

She was definitely a fellow shopper.

Her accent was reminiscent of a

grandchild’s baby sitter who

was everyone’s favorite;

I liked her immediately.

She too seemed to be looking for

large bath towels.

Within moments, she found the

well hidden big towels.

She took none for herself,

but directed clueless me to

the sought after towels.

When I looked up to thank her,

she had disappeared.

“Ah,” thought I, “could I

have just met a human angel 😇?”

I believe there are magical

people among us, why not this

lovely lady who found these

wonderful towels for me?

It occurred to me that we all have

to sprinkle our own angel

dust on the world 🌎 now and then.

The world 🌍 could only benefit from it.

So, my friends, go out and

sprinkle your angelic spirit

wherever you go.

The world could end up a

special place because of you. ;-)
